depression can lift at the sound of a bird

I have not written for months and months.  I was waiting for inspiration.  But my wait,  was much more… a pause between moments.  To wait can be hard. But to wait openly, is to allow  an open territory to be filled in it’s own time.  Listen to the word; wait
weight
wait
weight

Our psyche… soul… inner selves… are full of weighty moments
searching for a way to lighten and lift off.

This assemblage is my work in progress, an illustration for the book I am writing,” Mended Wings”. My book depicts the profound , risky but essential process that I have shared with my patients when  they need to lose themselves in order to find themselves. When the part that has formed the protective identity around the self; breaks into pieces. It is about the gathering of these pieces as they fly up or fall below and the  metamorphasis that occurs within this  progressive formation of interpersonal alchemy.
